So SuperSister is back at it again. This time, I took Faliq to Farm In The City and had SuperSister’s sister and boyfriend’s assistance as well. Spent an entire day there!

Wearing top from Zara, leggings from H&M, handbag from Neelofa (like the brand, not from my sister’s closet – this is my fav from their collection, btw!!), flats from Velvet and bracelet from LV!

Guys, I’m not bad with animals. Maybe it’s because of who I came with (cowards), but whatever it is, I felt pretty brave today and I’m liking it. I might have a few photos of me freaking out about the animals around me but I ain’t gonna show you any cos I can – so lets just pretend we both think I’m the courageous person I wish to be.

A llama/alpaca (otherwise known as my best friend) sneezed on Ameera. I screamed nearly as loud as her but boy, was it funny. I don’t usually laugh at people in distress but it’s Ameera! So, I’m giving it an exception. So funny. I would have wanted to leave immediately if that happened to me so props to Ameera for just laughing it off after hating on the poor animal a little. Felt like a scene straight out of Mean Girls. Can’t believe I have a whole paragraph about the sneeze. Really, it probably was the highlight of today.

Really enjoyed my time at this petting zoo, not only because of the whole Ameera vs Llama/Alpaca/MyBestFriend moment, but because although it was very relaxed, not very planned, very casual, it was fun. A lot of laughter. A lot less “Faliq stop doing that.” “Faliq come here.” so that took the stress off of both him and I. If I’m truly honest, it’s because I realised how accepted and loved Haiqal is by my family and how he loves them too. Ok. No more cheesy stuff.

Bottom line of this post: I am qualified to be a farm girl. You can pretend you believe that too.
